Cold Chocolate
Every year the Seminole Arts Council hosts a variety of fundraisers to keep the community awash in soul-affirming art, from T-shirt sales to planting a flock of plastic flamingos in yards, but December brings the sweetest of them all with the Chocolate Festival. Guests are invited to peruse the Seminole Municipal Building where vendors and artists aplenty will be selling their wares alongside lots and lots of chocolate. But don't be late, because sales stop when the Christmas Parade begins. December 10. Admission, free. seminoleartscouncil.org
PULL!
Whether they're a dab hand at exploding discs or a total newcomer who thinks clay pigeons would make a nice pet, all are welcome to come take a shot at the OK Kids Korral Sporting Clay Classic at Silverleaf Shotgun Sports in Guthrie. Even those who are not firearm-inclined can enjoy bidding on unique raffle items and eating a delicious lunch to help benefit OK Kids Korral, which provides lodging for pediatric cancer patients seeking treatment and their families. Shooters should bring their own ammunition and eye and ear protection. December 10. Lunch, $25. Registration, $150-$600. tobykeithfoundation.org

Sweet Shopping
Every city and town in the country is vying for holiday business, but Eufaula is sweetening the pot with the Cookie Crawl. Grab those gifts for loved ones, liked ones, and even the tolerated ones with glee while sampling delicious homemade cookies. Ask for a ballot at the Eufaula Area Chamber of Commerce to vote for your favorites. December 10. Participation, free. facebook.com/eufaulaareachamberofcommerce
Breakfast Candy
No, we're not talking about the traditional breakfast candy, i.e. bacon, though that might make an appearance. For a sweet breakfast in more ways than one, head to Ardmore's HFV Wilson Community Center for Breakfast with Santa and the Candy Cane Scramble. Enjoy a meal with the jolly old elf himself and make some holiday crafts. Pictures with Santa are available for ten dollars. Then head outside where kids can grab as many candy canes as their little hands can hold during the free scramble event. December 10. Breakfast and Scramble, free. Pictures with Santa, $10. hfvwilsoncenter.com

Take Luck!
Even if you don't know his name, there's a fair chance you've heard one of his drop-dead-funny observational bits or hilarious recountings of our collective childhood traumas. Oklahoma City's Criterion hosts comedian Brian Regan for a night of belly laughs and cockeyed humor at this all-ages-friendly show. December 11. Tickets, $39.50-$59.50. criterionokc.com
