A Timeless Tale

Get ready for a new take on an old classic—Les Misérables at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center, presented by Celebrity Attractions and directed by Cameron Mackintosh, this reimagined production breathes new life into the epic story of love, survival, and rebellion. This is your chance to join the barricades in nineteenth century France.

Dive into Devotion

Who knew monks, nuns, and priests could inspire an entire art exhibit? Yet here it is, right in Shawnee, Oklahoma, with Called by God: The Art of Religious Life at the Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art. Spanning four-hundred years, it features works from the sixteenth century to modern takes on devotion. Whether you’re an art enthusiast or history buff or you just finished your annual Fleabag rewatch, this exhibit delivers. Don’t miss the free gallery talk with curator Delaynna Trim on January 24.

Sound Meets Art

Take to the Sky

Calling all birdwatchers, nature lovers, and anyone feeling a bit loony! Connect with the great outdoors at the Eagle Tour & Loon Watch, part of a weekly series running Saturdays until March 1. Start your day at the Sequoyah National Wildlife Refuge in Vian, where you can spy on eagles via live webcam before joining a guided caravan to prime eagle-watching spots. After lunch, keep the adventure going at Tenkiller State Park’s Driftwood Nature Center for even more wildlife wonders. Don’t miss your chance to wing it with the eagles!
