Dance, Dance, and More Dance
In collaboration with Factory Obscura, Perpetual Motion Dance presents an immersive dance experience with REWIND at Mix-Tape. Located in Oklahoma City, Audiences will be able to choose how they experience the performance. The intent is to take viewers back to their crazy hair days with hits from the eighties and nineties. Each journey someone takes can lead them down a path of playful or dark encounters with each of the dancers. Relive the good ol’ days with amazing talent and fun choreography. June 17-27. (Corn)hole in One
Grab yourself a roasted ear of corn and enjoy the carnival atmosphere at Bixby’s Green Corn Festival. In celebration of the town's history of harvest, visitors can enjoy carnival rides, live music, and good food. Those coming to see what all the fuss is about are encouraged to enter into the many contests available. Like cheeseburgers? See how many you can eat at the cheeseburger-eating contest. Or if you want to skip the beef, test your throwing ability at the corn hole tournament. No matter what you end up doing, you’re sure to experience good, summer fun...and corn. June 24-26. Rockets, Man
Celebrate the Fourth of July early with the Anadarko Fireworks Show. Sit back and enjoy the night as Anadarko showcases a bright and festive display of color. Bring the whole family or have a solo picnic. Whoever you’re with make the most of it with a summer of excitement which was surely missed the year before. June 25. Admission, Free. Be Proud
Celebrate who you are at the Tulsa Pride Festival. Being the oldest such festival in the state, Tulsa honors Pride month and the LGBTQ+ community with festivities that include live music, food vendors, and markets. To kick everything off, the festival will begin with a Rainbow Run. Visitors can watch, participate in the mile, or show off their athletic skills with the challenging 5K. On the last day, the event will feature a parade with decorated floats and end with a night of festival entertainment. No matter if you’re a part of the community or an ally, everyone can celebrate in one way or another. June 25-26. Admission, Free. (918) 743-4297 or okeq.org

Et tu, Brute?
Bring out your inner thespian with Gaslight Theatre’s Shakespeare in the Park Presents: Julius Caesar in Enid. Head on down to the Performance Arts Pavilion in Government Springs Park and enjoy the atmosphere while desperately trying to understand the Shakespearen language. One of Shakespeare’s most famous history plays, Julius Caesar presents a story of triumph, betrayal, and murder that will keep you one the edge of your seat. Showtimes start at 8 p.m. June 25-27.
