Winter Wonderland

Snow creatures will light up Seminole at the town’s annual Snowman Wonderland in Magnolia Park. More than one hundred and twenty light displays will be on exhibit and a light-covered carriage ride will drive patrons through the holiday-themed sites for $5. This return festivity runs from 6-8 p.m. Sunday through Saturday and 6-9 p.m. Friday through Saturday until December 31. November 23-December 31. Admission, Free. (405) 220-4207 or TravelOK.com.

Trot from Home

Lace up your sneakers at home and race with thousands of other racers this holiday season during Edmond’s virtual Turkey Trot. Racers can choose their preferred route with length options from 5k or 10k, and must submit race times between November 26-28. Participants must register online by noon November 20 to receive an event shirt. November 26-28. Admission, $20. (405) 590-8655 or edmondturkeytrot.com.

Holiday Crafts

Shoppers in Northwest Oklahoma can browse one-of-a-kind vendor booths from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Fairview’s annual Home for the Holidays Craft Show. The show carries soy blend candles, Christmas decorations, handcrafted jewelry and furniture, home decor, and many other unique items perfect for your holiday shopping list. Float of Lights

Get in the holiday spirit with Pawnee’s annual Festival of Light Parade, where locals will gather at Sixth and Harrison Streets watching lighted floats as they pass. Featured in the parade will be a special visit from Santa and Mrs. Clause. Festivities start at 5:30 p.m. in downtown Pawnee at the Buffalo Theater. November 28. Admission, Free. Light up the Whale

Snack on candy canes and bask in the iconic views of Route 66 at Catoosa’s Lighting of the Blue Whale. There will be socially distanced fun with Santa available for photos with the kids, carols and Christmas music, and beverages and seasonal treats from food trucks.
