Shop Global

Shop for unique gifts like Guatemalan hacky sacks or Peruvian nativity sets at Oklahoma City’s virtual Pambe Ghana Global Market. The market supports an elementary school in northern Ghana and sells seasonal fair trade goods handcrafted by artisans hailing from countries like Haiti, Ghana, Burkina Faso, India, and Indonesia. Drive-In Lights

Take a leisurely drive around Purcell City Lake viewing everything from snowflakes and candy canes to penguin light displays during Purcell’s annual Lights from the Heart light display. The drive-through event lasts from Thanksgiving Eve until New Year’s Eve and will offer photo opportunities with Santa on Saturdays in December. November 30-December 31. Admission, Free. Thrifty Crafts

For craft shopping in Southeast Oklahoma, Atoka’s Craft Show offers a shopping event with unique and handmade goodies ranging from clothing and accessories to jewelry and candles. A Tale of Sisterhood

Jump back into Christmases past with Enid’s rendition of Little Women by Gaslight Theatre. The story tells Louisa May Alcott’s classic tale of the March sisters embarking on womanhood. Enjoy this classic story from the comfort of your own home with livestream tickets with showings at 7:30 p.m. December 5 and 12. Livestream and regular tickets start at $8 for students, $12 for members of the military with ID, and $15 for adults and can be purchased online. December 4-6. Admission, $8-$18. A Digital Christmas

Usher in the classics this holiday season with Oklahoma City Philharmonic’s digital concert A Classic Christmas, a blend of sentimental holiday favorites featuring Mandy Jiran and Vince Leseney. The virtual show available for on-demand viewing will be filled with fun Christmas standards like Sleigh Ride and A Christmas Festival by Leroy Anderson. Health care workers and teachers can stream the concert free through signing up with their hospital or school administrators. December 6-25. Admission, $20.
