It was only a few years back when Oklahomans voted in the right to buy wine and cold, strong beer in grocery stores and gas stations. Before October 2018, wine and room-temperature strong beer were only available in liquor stores, with only 3.2 ABV beer available in supermarkets and convenience stores.
