Over the last 100 years, listeners have heard this station play Top 40 hits, easy listening, country, sports broadcasts, and talk radio, but some of its earliest broadcasts included a series of daily news programs from what was then the Daily Oklahoman. For fifteen years, it operated out of downtown Oklahoma City's Skirvin Hotel.
