It’s been quite a century for one central Oklahoma town. After a few false starts in the 1890s, this colorful community has been steadily on the rise in recent years, more than doubling its population since 1990. Not far from Lake Thunderbird, it’s a lovely place to enjoy a slower pace, but most who live there are either farming the land or commuting to nearby cities including Norman and Oklahoma City. One weird fact: If you send mail to this town, the address says Tecumseh instead of the town’s name.

What is the name of this hot little western Pottawatomie County town?
